 When a media file is selected for edit (Media > Library > click 'edit' on
 any available media), on right panel following options are available:

  Save
  Uploaded on: Aug 29, 2013 @ 10:41
  File URL: http://www.example.com/wordpress/wp-content/...
  File name: XXXXX.jpg

 I often use this media window to upload pictures and then use  FILE-URL
 later to share or insert into various posts. I feel it will be more
 accessible if it would be selected once it get focus. For long urls, it is
 really boring to scroll a lot on right.

 For justification: this is an input tag with property
 {{{readonly="readonly"}}}, hence other than selecting it has no other
 accessible option to users and {{{onfocus='select();'}}} will only make a
 better accessible to users.
