Comment (by lessbloat):

 Added the two tabs in with 23770.diff​.  Had to remove the extra "Add new"
 button as a result.  Took a look at adding the manage locations table Mark
 mocked up, but I think it's a bit above my PHP comfort level.  Anyone else
 up for tackling that?
