 A little while ago, I showed the new UI to a friend and she made a very
 valid point. The locations meta box served dual purposes:
 1. To tell you how many menus your theme supports
 2. To set locations

 I think we've completely overlooked the former. It would be nice to have a
 default-tab, front-facing way to tell people how many menus their theme
 supports. Any suggestions on placement?
