Comment (by ryan):

 Single site and multisite unit tests pass except for xmlrpc. --group ajax
 isn't working so ajax unit tests have not been run. Light free form
 testing with slashes and quotes in content looks good. No warnings after
 clicking every menu in the site and network admins.
