 default-widgets.php, esc_js(), wp_parse_str(), get_search_link(),
 delete_metadata(), wpmu_validate_blog_signup(), install_blog(),
 wpmu_welcome_notification(), wp_new_user_notification(), add_ping(),
 get_pages(), WP_Query::get_posts(), get_term_by(), and
 WP_Widget::update_callback() need closer looks. I skipped them for now.

 I removed stripping from MS functions that stripped get_site_option() as
 well as MS email and message strings.
