 I'd like to keep the header and its functionality around (for now).

 In Twenty Thirteen, not supporting custom backgrounds made sense, but it's
 such an easy to implement feature that I think we should just keep it
 around.

 I'd like to axe the Theme Options completely. And possibly make the search
 field work like in Twenty Thirteen.
