 My time zone is set to UTC -5, what it should be. But the time is 1 hour
 behind. The current time is 11:20 AM, and to schedule a post for 11:30, I
 would need to schedule it at 10:30 instead.

 This may have something to do with Daylight Savings Time, but still the
 time is incorrect.
