 Some plugins and themes (including [http://wordpress.org/support/topic/p2
 -issues-with-wp-36-beta1-24113?replies=1 P2]) seem to use `the_title`
 filter with `apply_filters` without a post context. This can cause missing
 argument warnings in `_post_formats_title`. [attachment:24011.9.diff]
 addresses that.
