 Doh. Totally overwrote lessbloat's original patch upload. But yay for
 using git locally and having a commit at that point.

 .2.diff starts with lessbloat's patch and does the following:

 * Remove the underline on the PF labels
 * Don't hide formats bar when keystrokes are made in the post title.
 * Always show the current format prompt text and icon.
 * Reserve space for the sample permalink.
 * Don't cause sliding on load.
 * JS formatting, to pass JS linting.
 * Fix JS regex replacement issue. Kill wp-format-set.
