 I decided to simplify the five minute setup. I teach a beginners class for
 WordPress, since it was badly needed and people usually get really
 confused when it asks for a database name and username. Please add onto my
 quickly written tutorial.php and let me know if you would be interested in
 putting it as a link in the five minute setup.
