 When you click on the search icon in Twenty Thirteen in Windows 7 IE10 the
 window does open up with the cursor showing… But when you click out of the
 box it does show "Search..." But only as the box is collapsing.

 Uploaded is a screenshot of what shows in Firefox Mac and what show in
 Windows in a IE10 to give you the best example of the issue.
