 False alarm: [UT1048]

 It will actually create a term with the title 'Banana', but the slug
 'orange-2'.

 The bad news is that users probably don't want 'orange-2' asthe slug for
 the 'Banana' term, so it doesn't seem like this would help that much.

 The good news is that we don't need to touch the UNIQUE index and don't
 need to worry about #21950.
