Comment:

 These fields were never saved. Nothing in the "Attachment Display
 Settings" are saved against the DB, they are only used to determine how
 you want your image inserted into the post.

 We do remember your previous settings on a global (but user-specific)
 basis. So if you inserted a photo at the Medium size, floated right, that
 gets remembered for your next image.
