 I could have sworn this was working in a previous RC but as of 3.5 RC5
 (and now RC6) doesn't seem like this is working any more.

 I upload a new image, select "Custom URL" and enter a new url. There's no
 save event on blur anymore and the custom url doesn't get saved at any
 point. I reload the page, the url I entered isn't there.

 I'm using FF 17 and when watching the Console with Firebug I don't see any
 AJAX calls being fired to save this data.

 May be somewhat connected to #22537
