 When a plugin hasn't been updated in over 2 years, it gets the "this is
 outdated" message on WP.org and it no longer shows up in plugin search
 results from the Dashboard.

 But if the plugin is marked as "Works" for the current version - even
 though it hasn't been updated in 2 years - we should make it so it shows
 up in search results.
