 If you have, say, multiple media buttons on a screen, you'll get multiple
 pointers, each pointing to an instance of that button. This shouldn't
 happen. In the case of the media button, it should probably only show up
 for the one associated with the main editor. In terms of the pointers in
 general, it should only show up once, not for each match in the DOM.
