 They're similar problems in that in both instances we sometimes have these
 "Pages" which are only really pages in the sense that they need to have a
 title and be able to be added to navigation menus, but aren't making use
 of the Page editor.  Not sure if it's overly ambitious to try to tackle
 both via one solution, but it seems ideal.
