 Neither good nor bad is the gray area that I am very skeptical about :(

 Would it be to complicated to change and make sure that Twenty Eleven SEO
 falls into current guides and that we change the widgets to H3 for example
 and footer titles to H4, as well as removing H1 from the elements that are
 not visible? IMHO this feel like right thing to do.

 There was a good article on this from Yoast http://yoast.com/blog-

 element

 Anyways it's up to you to decide if this needs an attention or not.
