 If everybody would quit "bumping" by adding whitespace and such, then the
 problem wouldn't happen nearly as often.

 I'm looking through the repository logs and seeing people adding
 whitespace once every 15 minutes or so...

 People, *that doesn't work*. No amount of modification will get the
 process to run or notice your changes.

 STOP DOING IT.
