 That makes sense -- that said, since we might want to make older versions
 of other browsers marked incompatible at some point, it could be a
 universal "incompatible" message (rather than Internet Explorer specific)
 -- i.e. "Your browser in incompatible with the Admin interface".

 Totally understand the desire to limit the parsing -- just wanted to pass
 on the suggestion, since I see the potential for future use (especially if
 this is something that needs to be done at the API level).
