 I personally think that two warning messages are enough (insecure and
 outdated).  Not to mention that we don't have to parse any user-agent
 stuff in WP for this because the API on .org will be supplying us with
 what we need.  If we want to add an additional message like that we'll
 need to parse the user agent again to see what browser version the person
 is currently on (or modify the API to return more data).
