Comment (by DH-Shredder):

 The patch isn't working for updating the button text on clicking
 "Approve/Unapprove" due to dimAfter not being called after the jQuery
 1.5.2 update, per: #17309
 As soon as that issue is fixed, that functionality should work properly.
