 It would be very handy to have the possibillity to run the update plugin
 feature while the plugin seems to be up to rev.

 I update the plugin often with relatively small changes/hotfixes.

 I do not want to change the version number as there is no need for all the
 installations to update immediately.

 I now have to explain many taimes how to de-activate, delete, and re-
 install and re-activate the plugin (or how to install a development
 version).

 When i check a plugin on the plugins admin page and choose to update it,
 it will not do it because it is up to rev. I would like to be able to
 update it anyway.
