many accessibility consultants agree that the ONLY one H1 should be the
page title. All else, articles, sections, etc. should be H2 or lower. That
would leave H3 or H4 for nav and widgets.
Twenty Ten uses HTML5 doctype, Twenty Eleven is HTML5. There is no point
going back with an old markup at all.
