 When the user add a bunch of items, if JS is enabled, the menu is saved
 automatically by sending an ajax request, without requiring the user to go
 to each item and click Save.

 Your point about having to update individually is annoying is valid,
 though. Perhaps only enable this method when the menu items exceed 15? But
 of course that would be a twisty situation.
