 Some feedback after giving this a go:
 * The fade animation feels just a bit too long. Right now it has a zen
 like speed, which doesn't match the rest of the admin area's snappy race-
 car speed. (It's slow enough I wondered if it was broken for a split
 second.)
 * I think the ESC key should exit distraction free writing, as a 'panic
 mode' way to save draft + exit.
 * When entering/exiting, any way to remember the focus and position of the
 carrot?
 * Replace the word "Back" with "Leave." My brain thought that I entered
 dfw, so I wanted to leave when I was done.
 * Does clicking the "Back" link save my writing, or do I lose it all?
 Maybe there should be two links? "Save & Leave" and "Leave Without Saving"
 ?
 * The "More" tag styling background is still white and needs explicit
 styling for dfw to match.
