 Sorry, I should have mentioned that it was only available when
 SCRIPT_DEBUG was on. Added it to the gzipped TinyMCE so it works without
 SCRIPT_DEBUG now.

 Yes, it replaces the default TinyMCE fullscreen plugin and uses the same
 button.
