 Lot's to do still. s/wpcombar/wpadminbar/ in CSS and JS.  Make sure query
 and cache debugging are supported before trying to create those menus.
 Clean up admin-bar css and try to move bits of it into static files.  Add
 hooks so themes can add in their own workarounds (such as nobump) instead
 of hard-coding them.
