 Note that the Formats part but not all of AddEditPostAddEditPagehelp.patch
 has been surpassed by ticket #15376. I'd still like to see a mention of
 the full screen toggle and a rewording of the Codex link; that page really
 does discuss Add, Editing, and Writing neatly bundled together.
