 [15711] breaks some plugins. Previously, jQuery UI Widgets was included in
 out jQuery UI core. Now it's separate. So plugins that enqueued UI core
 expecting to get UI Widgets will break.

 Conservative move would be to recombine them as they existed in WP 3.0.1.
 Alternatively, we could make an enqueue of UI core also enqueue Widgets,
 so that we don't have to keep remembering to combine them when we upgrade.
