 @dougwrites, line 170 should be {{{$help .=}}} and not {{{$help =}}}

 If not mistaken, it seems the help content for link categories seems
 incomplete. Perhaps asking Jane Wells or the wp-docs team for 2nd oppinion
 or more content?
