 2010 is meant to be a simple blog theme that takes advantage of core
 features, not a framework by itself. This functionality sounds cool, but
 is plugin territory. If you were suggesting a core feature to randomize
 header images rather than a theme change, that would be a different
 feature request, but still probably plugin territory.

 Note to @trusktr: "Major" severity is reserved for things that are broken.
 This is a new feature request, with normal or minor severity.
