 Based on what I get asked for at WordCamps and via email, I'd say the most
 common requests are the ability to determine the show/hide and order of
 menu items, and the ability to mix together pages and categories in a
 menu. It's a common complaint that themes typically choose pages or
 categories for you, and unless you're a coder, you can't get the menu
 items you want.
