 Would be nice: Supporting the full post permalink structure beneath the
 post type (/thingy/2010/02/slug/, etc.).  We'd probably need a set of
 rewrite rules per type, which could get excessive.  Plugins should be able
 to choose between the full permalink structure support and the abbreviated
 one that we currently have (/thingy/slug/).  Non-public post types
 probably wouldn't want it.
