 Hierarchy is still a bit broken. If you add an item from the sidebar, drag
 it under another item, and then save, the hierarchy is properly saved.  If
 you save again, all hierarchy is lost.  Sidebar addition is doing
 something right and the regular listing is doing some wrong when it comes
 to setting the parent.
