 Proably better as a seperate ticket.

 All hierarchical taxonommies recieve a category-style box on the
 post_Type's that it applies to, This is a new feature in 3.0. I'll be
 adding a public switch to the taxonomy registration to hide/show the
 menu/metabox however.
