 I'm sticking to my preferred 11258.3.diff, myself. I may have the wrong
 workflow, but... when I'm approving comments I got to admin / comments /
 pending.

 And then, I click either of Approve, or Spam. Occasionally reply. The
 point here is I like it when Approve and Spam are next to one another. It
 means I don't need to move my mouse all over the place.
