 I like the idea of a map selection, if there's one available. But I agree
 with ryan that this should be pushed back a while.

 However, I do not like the idea of maintaining our own list of cities and
 such. It's needless and worthless bloat. If you can find a way to get the
 list of cities and zoneinfo zones from somewhere else, some standardized
 list, then fine. But we should not be building this ourselves.

 Surely, somebody, somewhere, has the data in a form we can just plug and
 chug with?
