 It would be nice to think we could extend timezone handling to do some
 interesting things besides just setting a static timezone. I think there
 is some interesting stuff we can do with it in the future, allowing users
 to set their own timezone, auto-suggesting new timezones when an author
 moves around (think travel blogs). Mind you all that would be for a 2.9 or
 3.0 release.
