 I cant see anything you've posted worthwhile testing.

 I've tested each combination, and cant fault it.

 Moving to 2.9 based on the fact its working for me at least, and that
 theres no actual solution yet. Whatever your problem is, Its not going to
 be fixed in the 2.8 release.
