 I noticed Wordpress 2.8.1 allows users to link to index.html files from
 within their Wordpress directory. However, when switching to HTML from
 PHP, the page flashes white for a split second while it loads the CSS. I
 like that this feature was added to 2.8.1 but I'd like transitions to HTML
 files to be seamless. Thanks
