 If you click Delete and then click Cancel, items are still deleted on
 edit-tags.php, categories.php, and edit-link-categories.php pages. It
 works properly on other pages such as edit. php and edit-pages.php. On the
 edit-comments.php, there is no prompt at all when a comment is deleted.
 Should there be a prompt for deleting comments as well?

 Tested with WordPress trunk r10506
