 I'm having this problem with "nun" on one of my blogs. The problematic
 blog is 2.9, and setup on windows hosting - IIS7, php5.x.
 MySQL version is 5.0
 charset = UTF-8 Unicode (utf8)
 connection collation = utf8_unicode_ci
 From the posts on the hebrew forum, it looks like it has something to do
 with the windows environment.
