 WordPress core JS/CSS files are already minimized, And served in a single
 Gzip-compressed stream (If supported by the browser) in 2.9.

 See #8628 & #10664

 Only core-files are supported due to the implementation (Paths are hard-
 coded in the js/css provider for known types).

 I'm thinking that the file is cached.. but i'm not sure.. Oh, and this is
 also only for admin-side too..
