 Can I make a suggestion? Maybe allow a plugin to modify the list of
 allowed editable extensions. Something like

 $include = apply_filters( 'editable_extensions', array("php", "txt", "js",
 "css", "html", "xml", "inc", "include"));

 Just a thought...
