 +1 for more separation, maybe it's own tab but that might be a bit
 drastic.

 I also think the ''Gallery'' tab should be the one selected by default
 instead of the Upload tab, especially now that we have the multiple-file
 flash uploader and probably only need the Upload tab once per post, whilst
 we need the gallery tab once for each image inserted. Putting the Gallery
 tab first would save hundreds of clicks[[BR]]
 But I suppose that's another ticket...
