 On edit.php, if you have not selected any posts via checkbox but you
 select Edit from actions menu and hit Apply, bulk edit opens with no posts
 included in it. Should not do this, should pop up a little "Please select
 posts before applying action" or something.

 When in bulk edit, all fields have labels except post title. Add 'Posts'
 label.

 The little x in circle to remove post from bulk edit confuses some people
 who think it is to delete the post altogether. On hover over x-circle
 (would be ideal if title was part of target too, since x-circle is so
 tiny), display alt/title "Click to remove from Bulk Edit action"
