 Change text to include word Bulk. Either make "Bulk Actions" main label
 and leave actions list the same, or leave Actions as is and change list
 items (Bulk Edit, Bulk Delete, etc). Former preferred, but latter okay if
 easier in terms of apace allotted for menus.
