 Sure, '''today''' the panel only includes toggles for screen modules.  I
 can easily imagine that this would be expanded to include any and all
 options that pertain to the specific admin screen the user is on... in
 fact, you mentioned a number of possibilities yourself.  I expect to see
 plugin authors expanding the scope of what is included in this panel
 sooner, rather than later.

 -1 from me on changing the wording.
