 As I see it, “Display Options” has the same problem.  Let me try to
 explain myself better.

 Since “Display Options” is a very specific thing:

 drop-down panel with check boxes to show/hide parts of the interface

 ... why describe it with a name that can mean anything and everything, and
 so nothing?

 “Display Options” doesn’t give me an idea of what that thing does:

 1. Does it change the colour of display? -- 2. Does it offer alternative
 admin styles? -- 3.  Will it allow me to change fonts? -- 4.  Will it
 allow me to change UI language?

 That’s why I suggested “Show/Hide Modules”.  The drop-down panel does
 exactly that.  Nothing more, nothing less.
